Almanac on SD card

For microbit:

Please investigate the following 2 enhancements which use the SD card on the IM01:

Where a valid SD card is installed:

1 = On boot up check the SD card (on the IM01) for almanac data
This will allow people to use the GPS without a long wait.

2 = update the almanac in real time on the SD card.
... this would allow a user to reboot / restart the micro:bit and still have their almanac.

Note - I expect we would want a similar functionality for an SN01 running on the CS11. Keep this in mind when developing.

Suppressing long tails of insignificant data

Some of the values returned are long and include insignificant numbers.
For microbit users especially the length of the returns strings matter.

Can we suppress tails with lots of zeros, like the example below:

4º4’20.12340000”

Adding to microbit data logger

Please can we add the SN01 to the microbit data logger app.

Requirements:
... it should be added to the existing data logger as an additional xChip that is supported. It is optional so if it is not added the data still works.
... it should capture time, date, lat, long and altitude.
... before a fix is made ensure blank values are saved - no NaNs or dashes. Either real values or blanks.
... re-order data fields - IF the SN01 is present those fields should be the first ones recorded in the data file.

NB:
The data logger should work with JUST microbit, IM01 and SN01 (for people who have just bought the SN01).
