Deve-se alocar uma sala para um evento (repetitivo ou nao).
O sistema deve informar as salas disponiveis que satisfacam as restricoes do evento.

Vendo isso, tem que retornar as salas disponiveis para dai ele escolhe uma sala para alocar seu evento!
