PCtyx

PCtyx is an individual hobby project of Cytus simulator formerly started as Project Thrinos way back in 2014. The project is made in Construct 2, exported as an NW.js application. This project is solely used as one of the custom chart application for Cytoid and/or personal use; this project is not intended for commercial purpose.

Application Download

Go to the Releases tab, then download the latest version matching your platform.

x64 or win64 - Windows 64-bit
x86 or win32 - Windows 32-bit
osx - Mac OSX
linux64 - Linux 64 bit (only available at v150 onwards)
linux32 - Linux 32 bit (only available at v150 onwards)

Unless stated as fixed, due to file permissions differ between each platform, OSX and Linux versions in the releases are broken and require to do the following steps included in the README.txt file once in order to have them run properly. As of 210 version onward, OSX version is already fixed and does not require workaround.

New version behaves not as expected when importing old csv files.

I am making a new level in Ver.131.02a,But I want to try a new version(Ver.150.3).

So I load a old csv file in this.However it doesn't work well.

In fact,I fell the music is a little slower than chart playing,but in Ver.131.02a,it works well and as expected.

在pctyx201.3版本中，进入判定线修改器设置界面时会造成异常卡死，必须关闭重新进入
复现率约为100%

[功能增强]请求加强防叠键预览

目前, PCtyx的防叠键似乎并不够用.

例如, 在BPM180下, PCtyx不会显示上一页里y=0.5的note, 但是实际上, 这个位置仍然会引发叠键相关的问题.

改进建议:

可调整范围
推荐直接采用"渐入"的方式处理, 线性调整上一页note的透明度. 例如: 上一页y=1的note,其不透明度是100%; 而上一页y=0的note, 其不透明度是10%

另外, 目前的计算方式似乎是直接按时间算? 更换了新的默认ar以后,似乎这个时间的算法就不太适用了...

[Bug report]导出问题

在Pctyx中对音没问题，导出的谱面到游戏后谱面会慢一屏，会不会是pctyx中音乐快了一屏？

Loading MP3 Files

Hey! I recently downloaded the OSX version of PCtyx Editor in hopes of being able to create my own Cytoid charts. I've come across a bit of an issue so far, though. When attempting to load an audio file (in this case .mp3), I'm not given the option to do so, as in the selection is grayed out. I can, however, upload .png files perfectly fine. I could very well be doing something wrong that is causing this, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

重现: 350BPM两页, 58.333BPM一页, 循环六次, 在第三次循环的时候开始出现不对齐的现象, 但是从中间开始预览却不会不对齐 (基础BPM是175)

如题, 我尝试进行了多次转换, 但是出现了同样的错误. 导出以后一团糟.

所以我正在尝试用Excel手动降低csv谱面版本.

Hold abnormally converted to Long Hold.

The hold should be short hold.But it's show as a long hold when preview.

加载视频后无法保存谱面, 选择保存路径以后连右上角save的提示都没有了

A small mapping error

v200.5 is updated. But there are some Charter would not like to use the new version.

So I collect their reason:

It is more complicated to move a note.Before they can move the note easily just drag the notes.But now they need to click the note first.

[Bug report]加载视频后无法进行谱面预览

加载视频后，从头开始预览会卡住

[Suggestion]4:3预览模式

Cytoid很大一部分玩家使用4:3屏幕进行游戏

虽然使用16:9进行编写可以照顾到手机端

但是在4:3环境下制谱,带来的体感是完全不同的(例如在16:9下容易被宽度欺骗)

但考虑到开发成本,这个的优先程度恐怕要缓缓

今天做了RukaRuka的谱面预览, 发现这谱在4:3是真的丑....

【改进建议】关于“fall”

在我写完下落谱后，我发现hold都只剩下头，经过初步排查我发现，当我使用fall的时候，谱面文件的该屏会被修改为静止扫描线，并且使用sb达到下落效果，但是由于原铺面中扫线已经静止，导致hold只剩下头。
建议：在使用fall的时候不动原谱，只用sb。然后在note_controller可以在fall时加一行"style":2，这样可以让hold达到最真实的下落效果

If the next page's BPM is not as this page's. Review form this page will couse audio play delay.

Export as Cytus2 level is needed.

Cytus2 level is widely used.If .csv can be export as Cytus2 level,PCtyx will be used by more charter and have a widely issue source.

[Problem]Stop the Line

I meet some problem in making some effect on the line.

In fact, I just want to let the line stop at y=0.5, so I thought some idea to solve it.

Firstly, I used the PCtyx function, turned the line to "Frz". The line stoped, but when I export as C2 level and run it on Cytoid, I found that the line will never stop until the line go to the end of page.

Next, I try to change the bpm to 12800, the line stoped in PCtyx, But when I try to play it on Cytoid, it didn't work.

Finally, I try to change the the bpm down to 0.1,like this:

However, when it take effect, the fact is different form what I expected.

我想帮助PCtyx使其变得更好

不过作者有考虑过开源吗？

BTW,Here is only 3 bugs on v200.If these are solved,maybe it can be on stable.

[serious bug]导出问题

当在v201完整写完一个谱面的时候会遇到如下问题
1：开始的bpm变为二分之一了
2：当修改txt将bpm变回正常的时候谱面与音乐相差了整整一屏
顺便问一下AR的设定限制能不能接触，当写一些特效类谱面的时候，4显然达不到效果，或者说最高就是4了
