Change Brake default timeout to more than 15000 ms

While using the client, I get many timeout errors all after 15000 ms. I tried to change the timeout from gprc options directly which works up to 15000 ms, not above.

Below a simplified version of the code with a grpc timeout of 60 sec.

I looked at Brake and there is a default timeout of 15000 ms. Is there a way to change that option?
