implement new 'edit' command

The function of the edit command is to replace the import and export commands, and to remove the designator list from the 'generate' command. The syntax of the command will be as follows:

jcad edit <pcb.kicad_pcb>
jcad edit <-import> <associations.xlsx>

Exporting component associations will still be possible by saving the association file opened in the spreadsheet editor. The functionality to export directly from the command line is not necessary, but can be added with an additional flag later.

modify 'load' command with flag to clear stale components

If an invalid component is loaded, then the only way to clear it is to reload all of the basic components

fully implement search suggestions

If user input begins with C, show suggestions for components with with id number
If not, show suggestions for components matching description
Tab to fill in comment (which will trigger description search)
If footprint has an association, filter results using such association.
If component begins with +, add component to Mouser BOM.
