DESCRIPTION
----------------------------------------------------------------------

This application repeats back to caller what they say like a child
would when playing a copycat game.  For more information please
install and type `show application parrot` on the Asterisk command
line.

INSTALLATION
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Requirements for this release:
 - Asterisk 11+
 - SoundTouch >= 1.3.1 (apt-get install libsoundtouch-dev)

Once you've installed the software listed above, run these commands:
  make
  make install
  asterisk -rx 'module load app_parrot.so'
  asterisk -rx 'core show application Parrot'

All credit goes to Justine Tunney, I just meshed her work together.
Justine's last commit was to compile for Asterisk 10 but soundtouch4c
would not work for me on newer Debian or Ubuntu.
asterisk-voicechanger had been modified to use SoundTouch 1.3.1 or
higher so I converted this module to do the same and now everything
is working good.
