开发环境：MyEclipse 2017 CI ,Navicat Tomcat8.5 + Mysql5.7 前端使用JSP+Jquery,Layui框架，后台使用Servlet+Javabean+jdbc
实现功能 ：1.Login登录功能（权限不同，登录不同系统） 2.Admin完成对教师信息的添加和管理 3.Admin完成对基本信息的维护（包括专业信息、职称信息、期刊信息、期刊等级、项目来源信息、一级学科、学科分类） 4.Teacher完成对个人论文的添加，查询功能 5.Teacher完成对个人信息的查看，以及对密码的修改 6.Admin完成对论文审核，查询功能 7.Admin完成对论文信息的分析，生成可视化的图表数据显示到页面（拟采用Echarts实现）
