Using the version '9999' is usually reserved for building from source. Packages from the update URL are pre-compiled.

Error in kdoccker-5.0.ebuild upon running 'eclean distfiles'

Hello --
Noted a problem with x11-misc/kdocker-5.0.ebuild when doing an 'eclean distfiles'. Error message follows. I am still able to successfully clean distfiles, this particular package is the only one that throws an error, even after doing a successful sync with layman.

Atom ctags-linux without exec permission

I had to give /usr/share/atom/resources/app.asar.unpacked/node_modules/symbols-view/vendor/ctags-linux execution permission to make module 'symbol-view' work with c/c++.

Possible solution:
chmod +x /usr/share/atom/resources/app.asar.unpacked/node_modules/symbols-view/vendor/ctags-linux

Atom 1.0.2

Can you check this?

How to Reproduce:

Open one C++ file, and press the "ctrl + shift + r" to invoke symbols, it will give an error because ctags-linux, can't be called since it doesn't have an execution permission!
