auto npm push signature validation failure issue.

it is identified that when we are auto publishing the npm package in travis, it is nondeterministic which build will do the npm auto publish with 3 version of nodejs building in parallel. and it is found that the auto push api is not atomic operation such that the signature generation of the tar files and actual tar files being uploaded to npm registry may be different. it will lead to the shasum check failure during the npm install.

i have manually bump up the version to 1.0.6 and publish it manually as the temp fix, need to investigate a bit on travis on how to auto push once all 3 version of nodejs have been built successfully.
