Height is not adjusted correctly after restoring maximized window

After restoring maximized window, horizontal empty area appeared at the bottom. (It might be a space for horizontal scrollbar?)

Reproduced on Chrome and Firefox, Windows 10.

`throttle` is overkill?

I think maybe throttleis overkill. Since this package is basically for mobile web apps, "resize" event is not fired so often. I suggest we remove this function and rxjs dependency.

Module code generation should be in "CommonJS"

Module code generation should be in "CommonJS" style otherwise it will cause problems, for example unit tests with Jest fail.

tsconfig.build.json should have;

"module": "CommonJS"
