Whoami

• Born and raised in the US (~20 years).
• Love for world travel and learning other cultures and languages (Brazil, Korea, Thailand, Middle East (Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Greece), India, Nepal, etc...) (~2 years)
• Working professionally in cyber security in Japan. Half offense (pentests, vuln assessments, etc...) / Half defense (Forensics & Incident Response). (~20 years).
• Hobbies: Japanese gardening, calligraphy, home rennovation, ethnic fusion music (darbuka, frame drums, tabla, shakuhachi, ney, bansuri, nadaswaram, didgeridoo, etc...), beekeeping, puzzles.
• Sports: Aikido, capoeira, rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking/camping.
• Religion: Non-religious but try to practice Buddhist philosophy as much as I can. Daily Vipassana/Zen meditator.

• 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on anything related to DFIR, Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting.
