This issue tracks the project of refactoring BiliClient to use tokio-tungstenite and switch to async client altogether.

The goal is to support monitoring many live rooms with one client instance in the form of multiple streams, and the client thread will execute over all the streams as a root task

Build release bundle outside of docker

It is desirable to build a release package outside of docker and let docker fetch the package from the public release of this repository.
