Does 'useFileTransport' work correctly?

I've used the 'useFileTransport' setting, but i receive empty mails permanently. What do you mean about this? (When i turning off the 'useFileTransport', my mailgun account is working fine)

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function run() on null in /vendor/puli/composer-plugin/src/PuliPluginImpl.php:704

Images gets attached instead of embedded

When in the view file I state message.embed("path-to-the-image") the image gets attached instead of embedded into the message.

Mailgun changed their endpoins

Default installation doesnt work with new accounts (which use EU mailgun servers).
New EU endpoint: api.eu.mailgun.net

Message.setReplyTo() doesn't validate emails as arrays

Please, notice that Yii interface for setReplyTo method DOES accept emails in the form [$email => $name] but Mailgun class does not.
So it requires a validation in src/Message.php line 221 for cases when variable $replyTo is an array.

implode(): Invalid arguments passed

The code is
