Display Last-seen in Human-readable Format

Description:
As an app user, I want to see when a user was last online in an easily understandable format so I can quickly gauge their activity without doing mental calculations.
Acceptance Criteria:

• The last-seen time is displayed in a human-readable format based on the provided specifications.
• Times are updated/corrected based on current time and last online time of the user.

Display Full User List

Description:
As an app user, I want to see a full list of all users so that I can check any user's last-seen status.
Acceptance Criteria:

• A list of users is displayed on the platform.
• Each user entry has space/place to show the last-seen information

Display Current Online Status

Description:
As an app user, I want to see which users are currently online so I can know who's active at the moment.
Acceptance Criteria:

- Users currently online have an "online" status shown next to their name.
