ObjectStoreSession calls to DatastoreService.get() should try again

Because we default to the EVENTUAL read consistency for performance, the 
framework should try multiple times with fibonacci increasing delays to 
successfully get().  If after some amount of delay the key cannot be found, 
only then throw some kind of ReferentialIntegrityException or something.
