For the 15.2 based MicroOS I'd like to request a separate branch

Remove requirement of pattern-bootloader

Remove requirement of pattern-bootloader. This patter is currenly
present in the Kiwi appliance, and the presence here can complicate
the creation of containers that use pattern-microos-base.

keylime.conf lives now in /usr/etc

Our system for detecting new files in /usr has detected that keylime.conf is now placed at /usr/etc.

So, I'm wondering if the texts in this control file should be updated accordingly
