Regroup notifications

• A single notification should be sent out per user, something like Movies you like are now on DVD!
• Put the movie ids in the data field
• Use an OR between filters on the new movies

flask does not automatically restart

It should restart when the machine is back up or immediately after crashing

expose a notification registration request

a new flask endpoint which takes a user_id and a movie_id and adds them to the registered notifications

Movies are not kept in their original order

This might be in part due to using a set for the movies, but also to a lack of id when inserted in mongodb

Store subscriptions in a db

• a row with user_id, movie_id, notified_at (which can be null)
• can be indexed on both user_id and movie_id

two gets:

• allow retrieving all users for a movie_id (filter by notified_at)
• allow retrieving all movies for a user_id (filter by notified_at)

one update:

• allow setting notified_at for a movie_id

When pushing changes to master, the server should automatically update
