delete a Transaction when entering a wrong index

A transaction is deleted when a wrong index is entered with many 0 before the number:

When entering an invalid date that is far later than today, it still accepted. Maybe should check if the date earlier than today.

When entering a large invalid year, it shows error with "Non-integer detected" but not "invalid year", while it is actually an integer.

The command in the examples should be in one line

The user can not copy and paste the command directly if there're multiple lines in the command. Should manage to let the "add" be in one line.

UG does not mention that scientific notation is not supported

The UG uses scientific notation when describing the limit, but it actually can not be used

Wrong error message when enter description with space

When adding a transaction with description with spacing, it gives error message with "not supported tag detected" but there are no tags cuz no "/" appeared. Maybe the error message should be changed to "invalid description".

UG does not match the actual output

The purge output is different of actually running output

budget can not accept number in scientific notation

In help it says, the budget accepts value from 1 to 10^13 which is actually in scientific notation. But when entering amount in a valid range in scientific notation, it can not accept.

Wrong error message when entering a command with one more space

When entering a command with one more space between, there's an error shown "Not supported tag(s) detected". Maybe should changed to "Not allowing multiple spaces" or parse the command with more robust method.
