Export without exportSettingName or by using one of the defaults

Is it possible to export using a custom export setting that does not yet have a name?

For example exportSettingName seems to be mandatory. However on a typical project, unless we ask them to set it up beforehand, there may not be any custom export settings already setup.

Sample documentation for params.json

In the README I notice you mention "localName": "params.json", is there an example of the syntax / contents of the params.json? I'm curious as to whether you can configure which 3D view the IFC is exported from (and thus inherits the visibility graphics settings).

Is there a build available?

G'day! We'd like to use this however on our corporate IT laptops we don't have a dev environment available to compile (and also compile multiple versions for each Revit version). Is it possible to provide builds that can be used out of the box?

2. CI to auto build DA4Revit DLL versions 2020, 2023, using Github Actions (I believe PIRO-CIE, had done this)
