Can't install requirements on ubuntu 20 and win10

Would have appreciate a mention or keeping the licence on the BigGan code.

I usually don't care too much about people copying my code around and removing licences but for some reason reverse-engineering this model directly from the block-box TF graph of TF-Hub took me a few painful nights (in particular the weirdly stored BatchNorm statistics) so it's close to my heart.

how to improve Image resolution and use better Dall-E pretrained model?

wow I generated a demo and had a lot of fun with it. But the resolution of the video is too low, and Biggan's rendering effect is not accurate enough.In addition, as a relatively new model, Dall-E produces worse effect than Biggan, which is beyond my expectation.
