spec-builder: filter by elements

when selecting pieces, it would be nice to to be able to filter by elements.

at a glance, this seems a little tricky because elements themselves don't have src urls for images. they have piece arrays with piece.$keys so we'd need to use those to reference images to get downloadURLs.

Furthermore, each element may have multiple images so we need to either (a) select one image or (b) provide a means for a user to view all images during the piece select screen

Customize number of images for 'toggable' and 'dice' elements.

Currently, toggable and dice only take 2 and 6 images.
Need to add customizing functionality so users can create toggable and dice elements with >= 2 images.

zDepth assigned to currentImageIndex

On like 102 in finalize-spec.component.ts, the element's z position is assigned to the current image index, causing improper specs to be generated.

update spec-builder with konva

want to have image selection not work in transparent "cut-out" portions.

need to be able to have images overlap.

Add "profile settings" function

Users should be able to change username, email, and user icon.

Spec Viewer "reset" wipes pieces off of board
