delete old versions in github

I used the github repo "ylonkar/pod-dependency-init-container" with version 1.0 and suddenly stop working be cause the version 1.0 was no longer available. You should keep the old versions for backward compatibility.

RETRY_TIME_OUT does not work?

I can use this project to achieve my goal now, but I found that the RETRY_TIME_OUT not woks properly?

I found than the setTimeout used hardcode 1500 of index.js, maybe this is the reason?

Something wrong during initContainers

this tool is so cool, that's what I want, but when I deploy my app to k8s cluster, something wrong,
