Setup script is non-portable

The main problem is that the gem has not been uploaded to rubygems yet. Once it's in the correct place and versioned, the setup script will stop fetching live crystal-server source code files – a compiled version will be shipped with the gem instead.

Remove dependency with Crystal lang VM

It would follow #3 resolution.

Assets from js and css dir are not copied from the source directory at startup

No test coverage

No boilerplate generation script

Something like:

  blagar new project_name

would be a nice to have feature.

Templating lacks of a flexible structure, current parsing is too basic

In an ideal and simple world you should keep a coherent structure for every page in a basic website (such as a blog).

This might be over-simplistic, to the point that the allowed templating depth should be put in discussion.

As long as the goal is to work in such an ideal and constrained world, this issue can be ignored.
