Sub and sup in markdown

Is there are reason why sub and sup tags are not whitelisted for markdown?

Why `pre` tag is not a available in markdown_tags?

Does pre is not safe tag?. if not why it is not allowed in markdown_tags.

The current version in https://pypi.python.org/pypi/bleach-whitelist is not up to date with your latest changes (namely the markdown attrs).

Would be cool if you could update it :)

update terminology to match bleach-whitelist -> allowed-list, bleach_whitelist -> bleach_allowed_list

@yourcelf bleach switched from whitelist to allowed list here: mozilla/bleach#265

Would it be possible to release this under an MIT license?
Having no license is a problem in some cases for using this library. MIT is a safe option imho.

relative import problem

import failed in python3.
use from .bleach_blacklist import * instead of from bleach_blacklist import * in __init__.py
