支持ipdb库解析

ipip官方通知，2019年1月1日不再更新datx格式库，新的库使用ipdb格式，麻烦大佬支持下

这个有内存溢出啊

试了一下这个模块运行一段时间就把内存占尽了，而且nginx起来就占用接近2G的内存，有啥解决办法吗？

Nginx内存占用过大

首先，非常感谢提供这个模块，不过我在使用过程中发现了比较严重的问题。
我是作为一个接口提供给公司内部服务访问，处理速度也是非常快的，今天发现nginx单个子进程占用内存居然达到了650MB（真没开玩笑），凌晨5点更新完ipip库后reload的，6个小时，处理总请求数500W次，平均QPS 230，怀疑是不是存在内存泄露问题，请帮忙看下

环境：
系统：CentOS6.3
openresty/1.11.2.2
编译参数： --prefix=/usr/local/openresty/ --add-module=ngx_http_ipip_module
