log4js appender

support log4js (https://github.com/nomiddlename/log4js-node) as an appender.

and after fixed this issue, we'll migrate this repository to the one under the official fluent project.

buffering on errors

Do you have any feelings about buffering in memory up to some configured "high water mark" when the connection is lost with fluentd? Currently if the connection is lost, it will emit an error and stop the world.

Unix time not accurate enough

I require millisecond timestamps.

I see that millisecond timestamps was previously removed.

Perhaps a config option would be a good approach.
example:

milliseconds true

we can then conditionally divide the timestamp by 1000 or not.
