添加或编辑redis数据value控件改为textarea操作起来会方便

redis内存占用率接口获取值有误

used_memory 单位是Byte，int32最大值为2147483647，内存占用超过这个值（2G左右）就会有问题。

打开redis失败

.net core版本，用Substring(0, 20)，没有检查用户输入数据长度

要是不检查用户输入长度，没有20位长度用Substring(0, 20)会报错

查询数据服务端返回空指针，前端页面js错误

问题一：
在命令行模式页面直接执行命令能查询出来，在keys列表scan出现错误

问题二：
core版本建议publish 把依赖包全部打包进来。
