Implement EXTRA Tasks

Some tasks were left blank requiring demo data/db connection.
Must implement:

• Recursive Craft

Use config file to avoid args

• Add config file init with ACTION argument

• Add config file reading for:

  • database arguments (user, password, host, port, dbname)
  • default options (--debug, --date...)
  • ...

• Also use an Environment check for those configurations.

Add Tests

• Add Manager testing (unittest//mamba)
• Add initialize script testing (click testing)
• Add tests to PRs before merging (.travis)

Add Database connection

As I'm going to work with PSQL,

Add psycopg2 connection on init
Add psycopg2 connection's cursor to Manager
