mysqli_fetch_all is not well supported for PHP verion on hostinger.com server
mysqli_fetch_all() should be well-supported after PHP 5.3 or higher. But this is not true on hostinger.com server.
Upgrade to Bootstrap 4
Database connection (sqlsrv) not working
It seems that Microsoft has changed the format of the connection string to sql server.
Timezone error for uploading files.
Timezone error. Not possible to change MicroSoft SQL Server timezone.
Suggestion: do not use auto timestamp. Supply time when inserting a new row.
Upgrade to PHP 7.1
We can either upgrade to PHP 7.1 or 7.2
