Pluralize and disable StartGameScreen based on party state

The message at the footer labeled "Need at least 1 more player to start game" should be pluralized when the game needs more than 1 player (i.e. "Need at least 2 players).

The button should look/be disable when the game cannot start yet due to insufficient number of players.

The text of the button should change to "Start Game" when min number of players are in the party.

Need a Logo + display on each of the white cards

We need a logo for CardiParty (The name of this app) and would also like to display that logo on the bottom of each white card. Cards Against Humanity does this and it looks great!

This is also a great way to support viral marketing, when people start playing the app and sharing their screens (either with screenshots or some build in share button).

See how CAH does it?

They have the (logo) Cards Against Humanity logo on every card on the bottom. Once people play and take a screenshot to share, they will be advertising on behalf of the game. Brilliant ;)

Build instructions

I feel the readme could do with build instructions, how would I build this? Thanks

Add link in footer of HomeScreen that disclaims the privacy policy

Just like in the screenshot posted here:

We should have a link that points to a page and explains the privacy policy.

The only necessary disclaimers we should make is the following:

1. We use cookies

• We use cookies to track user session data. This is necessary so that the game can communicate on page refreshes (socket.io). Cookies are also used with google analytics, which we use to get analytics on how the site is being used.

2. (Disclaimer) This game is a clone of Cards Against Humanity LLC, which means that we can make the game, so long as we give credit and call the game something else.

• we should write something like this in the disclaimer page (this was taken directly from the FAQ of CAH:

Cards Against Humanity is available under a BY-NC-SA 2.0 Creative Commons license. That means   
you can use our content to make whatever, but you have to give us credit, you can’t profit from the   
use of our content (this means ad revenue is not allowed), and you have to share whatever you   
make in the same way we share it (this means you can’t submit our content to any app store).   
We   own the name "Cards Against Humanity," so you have to call your crappy thing something else.
