cpuinfo's Issues

View mode doesn't persist on reboot

If you change the view mode to text, when you reboot your machine, it reverts to image :/

Not sure if this is expected, but seems like a bug to me

Vertical display

Please add vertical display option. That would be great, especially in combination when showing individual cores.

Question about individual core mode

This is a fantastic app. I'm using individual core mode on my M1 Air, and often see significant differences between usage of the left-hand 4 cores and the right-hand 4 cores. Would you be able to tell me which are the high performance cores and which are the high efficiency cores? Thanks.

Please bring back the borderless design.

The old design was very "modern" and smooth. Bring it back please, maybe as an option?

Or maybe make it identical (the edges) to the macOS Monterey battery icon. That would be greatly consistent!

Thank you!

CPU percentage display number font size consistency

Absolutely love it! cpuinfo replaced all my CPU-hogging CPU meters like iStatMenus for me.

Only change I would love: CPU percentage display number font size same like Mac's date/hour view font size for consistency and better readability – in the recent version it is too small (change easy to implement).

Thank you! 😌

Just wanted to say thank you for this app! I am grateful that it's free, light and intuitive. 🙏🏻

Update download link

Hello

Could you please update the download link for cpumeter in the README.md:

## Download latest

Download [Latest application zipped](dist/cpumeter.zip?raw=true).

or with [brew cask](http://caskroom.io/).

`brew cask install cpumeter`

so I can update the cpumeter Cask with the updated url and homepage.

Thanks.

No show

After ran install with
brew cask install cpuinfo
and reboot
Nothing shown in menu yet.

Great app, just the bar/icon is too wide

Would it be possible to make the bar graphics make about 2/3 of its current width? It would fit much netter the aesthetics.

Maybe a narrow version could be added too, that would not take too much space when showing individual cores.

Installation is failed using latest Homebrew

The command brew cask install in README.md doesn't work now because of update of Homebrew.
This is not a bug of this app, but the document needs to be fixed.

menu bar text still green on Mac running El Capitan.

On my older MBP running El Capitan the CPU usage text is still light green and hard to read. Am using v1.4.1. Although on my iMac running High Sierra the text is black running the same version of cpuinfo. How do I change the text color to black?
thx

White background on dark theme

I'm not sure if this app is light/dark theme aware. If it is, It would be nice to blend in the dark theme using white background for the CPU bar.

`brew cask install cpuinfo` fails with latest release

Since the latest update of dist/cpuinfo.zip, the app fails to install on Homebrew-cask because the app bundle seems to be missing from the root folder of the archive:

± brew cask install cpuinfo
==> Downloading https://github.com/yusukeshibata/cpuinfo/blob/master/dist/cpuinfo.zip?raw=true
######################################################################## 100,0%
==> No checksum defined for Cask cpuinfo, skipping verification
Error: It seems the App source is not there: '/usr/local/Caskroom/cpuinfo/latest/cpuinfo.app'
Error: An error occured during installation of Cask cpuinfo: It seems the App source is not there: '/usr/local/Caskroom/cpuinfo/latest/cpuinfo.app'
Error: nothing to install

There seems to be a folder hierarchy inside dist/cpuinfo.zip, apparently by mistake. Besides, the archive contains two app bundles instead of one.

In order to fix brew cask install cpuinfo, would you mind uploading a new version of the archive with the folder hierarchy removed?

Thanks in advance and greetings from Caskroom!

Can't be opened in MacOS 12.4

Hello,

Since upgrading to macOS Monterey 12.4 I can't open cpuinfo (v1.5.1) as installed by homebrew (v3.4.11); instead I get the following dialog displayed:

Cheers!
