How to use YaroslavNet?

I'm trying to use the provided ddsm_YaroslavNet_s10.h5 model for predictions and I want to extract a resulting heatmap for the whole image from it. Could you please advise me on how to do it? I was going through the code for quite some time, but I haven't really understood how to do it. Is heatmap given as one of the intermediate network outputs? If so, from which level I should extract it and how to bring it to the same shape as the image itself? Thanks.
