header nav bar bad resizing

When browser width is changed to a smaller value, the top navigation bar sizes and flows down. When that happens the content in the main page is not pushed down, so a section of it is now covered by the resized navigation bar.

Also, not all menu items flow down when the browser width is minimal.

user can access other user pages.

Once logged in, a user can go to another user's page via URL manipulating. The controller should do a username check before render.
