story(ci): add github action workflow for automated testing

Description

As a PO, I want to configure a Github Actions workflow to automate testing, so that any future development can be "validated" to function as expected in an automated way.

story(rdf): implement graph type

Description

As a dev, I want to implement a type which corresponds to a RDF Graph, so that users of this package can simply construct graphs using RDF Triples and easily serialize/deserialize RDF Graphs between systems.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Graph type is defined
  • Helper functions for constructing and adding triples to the graph
  • Marshal/Unmarshal graph to/from binary
