ModOpt is a series of Modular Optimisation tools for solving inverse problems.
In order to run the code in this repository the following packages must be installed:
- Python [Last tested with v3.8.2]
- Numpy [Tested with v1.18.3]
- Scipy [Tested with v1.4.1]
- Progressbar 2 [Tested with v3.51.1]
The following packages can optionally be installed to add extra functionality:
- Astropy [Last tested with v4.0.1]
- Matplotlib [Last tested with v3.2.1]
- Scikit-Image [Requires >=v0.16.2]
- Scikit-Learn [Requires >=v0.22.2]
- Termcolor [Last tested with v1.1.0]
To install using pip run the following command:
$ pip install modopt
To install using easy_install run the following command:
$ easy_install modopt
To clone the ModOpt repository from GitHub run the following command:
$ git clone https://github.com/cea-cosmic/ModOpt
