My name is Blake and I'm here to make your experience as part of the Tranquilina Fitness Club as fun and simple as possible. Below, I've documented how you and I can work together to stay on top of your workouts and keep up to date on everyone else.
When you've completed a workout, head over to the Workout Logs channel enter a message that matches the following format.

- order matters
- {} = optional

are keywords i use to understand your messageActivity
- can be anything you did for your workout. This should only contain alphabetical characters, and the following special characters: ( ) \ /Duration
- the amount of time you worked out.- number CAN contain decimals
- acceptable time units are min, mins, minutes, hr, hrs, hour, hours
Date
- the day you completed your workout. If you do not enter a date, your workout will be logged for the current day.- format is MM/DD
Partners
- If you worked out with others you can mention them here to log the same workout for everyone. These can be comma separated or speced with the word 'and' in case you want to write like a human.
Here are a some examples of acceptable log messages.
Biked to work for 30 min
Cartwheels for 1 hr
Jumped up and down for 2 hours on 2/22
Punched bricks for 10 minutes with @ShaunT @TonyH @myCat
Ran in circles for 12 hrs on 1/1 with @mom, @sister and @dad
Gym (wights/cardio) for 1.5 hours
