literatureclock's Issues

Mac OS Big Sur issue

Hi there. This doesn't work with the latest OS update. Says it can't view your security settings??

Incompatible with latest macOS?

Hi there,

First: thanks for the amazing port of the literature clock for macOS, have been using it for a couple of months and it looks super good.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work anymore on macOS. I don't remember having updated anything but I noted that it arrived at the same time the "This application is not optimized for your mac bla-bla-bla" popups when opening apps that probably don't have an x86_64 slice.

Now instead of the screensaver macOS shows "You cannot use LiteratureClock screen saver with this version of macOS"

Could you try archiving with the latest Xcode build? If you don't have the time rn lemme know and I'll try and make a PR

Thanks!

Issue With Extended Displays on Ventura 13.3.1

I absolutely love this project. Many thanks to the developers!

There seems to be a formatting issue with extended displays that was brought about from Ventura 13.3.1. Before updating, the screensaver essentially worked independently for any display that had been extended from my MacBook; however, now the formatting of the quotes is off-center & condensed whenever I'm using a monitor. On my monitor at home, the poorly formatted quotes appear on the monitor and nothing appears on my MacBook. At work, both the monitor and MacBook show the quotes, but poorly formatted for both.

The problem persists regardless of which display is designated as "main." The issue does go away when mirroring the display... but I do not ever work with mirrored displays.
