Ошибка вылезла в версии 5.1 в 5.0 её не было.
В неправильном файле было перемещение файлов в CKeditor, видимо я пробовал разные редакторы. Файл /fm/templates/dropjHtmlArea.tpl заменил на правильный.

Обновил указанный файл, но всё рано не работает. МОжет что не так делаю?

Извиняюсь, попробуйте ещё раз.
Не забудьте только очистить /system/View/cache/ (на всякий случай, сам постоянно забываю)
