Naive Java Version takes 1.27 sec on V1

Since the programs are supposed to take as little time as possible and little 
memory as possible, I'll try reducing the cache size or precomputing some 
values.

C++ version gets WA instead of AC for V2

C++ version gets Wrong Answer instead of Accepted for V2 but it works for V1. 
There must be a bug in my program; comparing answers to perl script that will 
solve an acceptance test.
