This was the codebase of http://wethepeople.tw/, which was a web site launched by Watchout 沃草 in 2014 February.
Watchout 沃草 openned and donated the source code to g0v subsequently.
To run this project, just launch any static http server. for example
$ python -mSimpleHTTPServer
