Links in footer are not clickable

Text in footer of ZuriHac 2024 page cannot be selected and links there (Source code, T&C and Privacy Policy) cannot be clicked.
I tested the issue in Firefox (121) and Chromium (120), in both browsers issue is the same

Broken SPJ research link

The link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/people/simonpj/publications/ doesn't exist. Looks like https://simon.peytonjones.org/publications/ may be better.

Link to Emily Pillmore's Twitter account seems wrong. https://twitter.com/pitopos gives "This account doesn’t exist. Try searching for another." I believe https://twitter.com/bkmlep/ is the right url.

I'd make a PR to fix this, but maybe Emily is going to change her account and you know about this, but I do not.
