添加设备的时候一直提示请检查填写内容

通过页面添加设备，一直提示“请检查填写内容”，看代码是是register_form.is_valid()一直检查失败
我用这个方法知道问题的表面现象（http://blog.itpub.net/88305/viewspace-742613/），但不知道如何解决
麻烦楼主帮忙解答下！

运行程序显示"page not found(404)"

我的环境python3.6，django2.2.2
当我运行该程序后，浏览器显示：

Page not found(404)
Request Method：GET
Request URL：http://127.0.0.1:8000/
Using the URLconf defined in CMDB2.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:
1.admin/
2.assets/
The empty path didn't match any of these.

请问如何解决该问题?
