ACL 2023 paper that might be missing

Hi,

I noticed that the paper "Hybrid Transducer and Attention based Encoder-Decoder Modeling for Speech-to-Text Tasks" recently published at ACL is not included in the repository.

I suggest adding it, as is mostly related to simultaneous translation.

I am not an author of the paper, I just want to contribute :)
