HI, Could you please advise how is the communication uplink and downlink calculated
e.g s= 32, p = 1.0 uplink is 26.66 (0.31×) .
what does 0.31x stands for and how is 26.66 calculated
what is the unit of uplink and downlink , is it in KB, MB or anything else
