PQSdistribution_visualize
Run to visualize the PQS distribution and conservation in a virus genome.

usage: main.py [-h] [-AS ALIGNED_SEQUENCE] [-a ANOTATION] [-e ELONG]
               [-grun GRUN] [-text TEXT] [-opf OPFILE]

#For example: python3 CirclplotPy -AS align.fa -e 0 -a test.gff3 -grun 2 -text "aaa" -opf 123

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -AS ALIGNED_SEQUENCE, --aligned_sequence ALIGNED_SEQUENCE
                        The aligned genome sequence.
  -a ANOTATION, --anotation ANOTATION
                        Please input the anotation file
  -e ELONG, --elong ELONG
                        Please type in the length of extension (nt).
  -grun GRUN, --grun GRUN
                        Please input the length of grun.
  -text TEXT, --text TEXT
                        Anotation to the circle plot.
  -opf OPFILE, --opfile OPFILE
                        output file name.

Environment: python (version>=3.0), R (version>=3.5) and R package circlize (version 0.4.12).
