Is the a typo in bunceTime

Thank you for this package. I think there is a typo in the example shouldn't bunceTime be bounceTime
.pipe(ga({bunceTime: 15}))

Shouldn't it be?
.pipe(ga({bounceTime: 15}))

sendPageView isn't added

According to 5bd3b0a we should be able to do ga{sendPageView: true }, however it seems that the string is not added.

Upgrade to gtag.js

The new recommended way to track is to use gtag.js rather than analytics.js. For more details see:

Is there a way to add multiple UAs for the same domain?

support more options

Similar to awestruct it should support further options:

• anonymizeIp
• demographics
• linkAttribution
• bounceTime
