Feature request: dynamic menu bar icon

Minor feature request: make a dynamic menu bar icon that is grey (and maybe has the switch in the off position) when no proxy is active. Something like this:

Add Bypass list support

First of all, I'd like to thank you for creating a great menu app, and I found it extremely useful. I would like to check the possibility if we can include the "bypass list" feature for the proxy? this is a standard settings in almost all the proxy configurations, and would be a much needed addition to this app.

Error: Unable to connect

Hi, I've added my proxy details but getting an error - Error: Unable to connect when I press go? Is there somewhere I'm supposed to add my username and password for the proxy?
