Introduction

The code is used for computing signed distance field using PQP and CGAL, verifing it using Marching cube.

Algorithm flow

• Compute signed distance field to save a binary file (Later you can calculate the 3D texture from the binary file through unity).

• To verify the signed distance field is right, extract surface using marching cubes.

Compiling the code

Linux or OS X

The code only dependancies are libigl and CGAL. We use CMake for building. If on Linux or OS X, you can build it in the terminal by doing something like:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make

Windows

If on Windows, create a build/ folder, and run cmake .. from inside that folder. This will create a visual studio solution(if you have visual studio). Launch that solution, and then simply compile the project named Disintegration.
