高质量的3D LIC矢量纹理生成算法
主要包括两部分：
(1) VolumeLIC主要生成数据，即将原始tornado0数据通过3D LIC算法生成数据；
(2) Texture3DVolRen主要生成可视化结果，即将上面结果数据，通过纹理体绘制的方式渲染出来；
(3) 纹理体绘制使用了gpu硬件加速，需要安装cg及opengl。
