Pytorch lightning basic example.
The scripts are tested in Apple Silicon. This should work in other platforms but not guaranteed.
- Prepare a virtual env.
$ cd ${project_root}
$ python3 -m venv ./venv
$ source ./venv/bin/activate
$ python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip
$ python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
- Run a notebook.
You may run a jupyter server and run interactively.
If you want to avoid a hassle setting up, you can run directly from the command line like below.
$ jupyter nbconvert --to notebook --execute autoencoder.ipynb # or other files in this repo
